Analyze:
It’s the shame and fear(not worthy)who jeopardize the connections,and under the “shame and fear” is excruciating vulnerability
So the key is worthiness:whether they believe they worthy love and belonging
But how? What is the pattern of the ppl who feel worthy? Here are the patterns:
1.courage to be imperfect
2.compassion to be kind of themselves first than others
3.let go the thought of who they should be and just be who they really are
4.fully embrace vulnerability:the willingness of do sth that don’t have guarantees
Analyze after the breakdown(deep reason):
You can’t selectively numb an emotion, when you do that you numb everything including happiness.
How to fix:
Let us to be seen, love with whole heart, practice gratitude and lean into joy, believe that I am enough.
